Well folks - thanks goes out to the newest additions to our Honorable Delegate list team we successfully completed the Tuxedo Christmas Miracle in San Francisco!

We woke up at the crack of dawn on Christmas Day, donned our tuxedos and met in the Tenderloin district of central SF to help prepare, serve and deliver food to the poor neighborhood’s numerous residents. Hundreds of turkeys were cooked and consumed and many bed-ridden residents said they’d never forget the sounds coming through their hallways: “Tuxedo Delivery Service! Get your hot dinners now!” The day went fantastically and everyone enjoyed it. “I should have worn my Sunday best and really shown you how to dance!” stated one elderly lady upon seeing us perform our ill practiced Christmas jig!
So again, a BIG thanks to Mike Kayton, Anselm Levskaya, Peretz & Jane Partensky, Mike Nowak and Sam Pearlman
In other news - we’re calling for all good ideas for possible future episodes! You can leave your ideas here as comments OR on our Facebook group!
After the CNN video broke a production company approached us and have since obtained the exclusive rights to pitch the show for the next 6 months! Will we get our own TV show? Nothing is guaranteed but if it happens then more hilarity and insane missions will SURELY ensue.
This Christmas, we think the world needs some well dressed fun! We’re putting our tuxedo’s back on and asking you to join us!
We are asking groups of people all over the world to get together in their ball dresses and tuxedos (or any other fancy dress) and help to spread the good vibes. Please post your event on here, and we will email our members list and ask people to join you.

The intention is, we all meet in our tuxedos, ball dresses, or any other fancy dress bringing some Mince Pies or other Christmas treats and then we head to a homeless shelter or home for the elderly and give them our treats. I’m asking for 2hrs of your time and no more than £5 of your money!
San Francisco’ing a good time!!

All involved in a Christmas Tuxedo event will forever be immortalised on this website as an honourable delegate!!!
Our intention starting Tuxedo Travels was that as much money as possible would be spent on worthy charitable causes along the way. As the donations came in and we tried to spend more of the money, just more donations kept coming in. This left us with a significant proportion of charity funds left over at the end.
It seemed only appropriate that we should donate all left over moneys from our trip to one of the causes along the way. We met a variety of people in need of assistance, but one thing that struck out was ABC Nepal and their work with rehabilitating sex workers. Having met the very earnest people who fulfil the saintly work at ABC Nepal, they meet our criteria for a worthy charity:
Thanks to all of you who donated, we couldn’t have made the world a better place without you!
Here’s how our charity spending panned out:

And here’s how the income looked:

We are currently trying to pass the black hole of communication that is Kathmandu and get in touch with ABC Nepal. Once we have their account details we will forward $1135.25 to their account in order to empty and settle ours.
Will there be another Tuxedo Travels? Maybe, Heath has plans for a 2009 project involving Lycra, spandex, and a possibly even crazier idea of superheroes, Doug has plans on some mini-travels, so please sign up to the mailing list and we’ll inform you if we need to invite some guests on the next crazy adventure of a charitable kind….
Can we do it? Yes, this idea was made to be plagiarised! If you need advice or ideas, get in touch and we’ll tell you what we learnt, and it doesn’t matter if what you do isn’t 100% the best thing to do, just remember, if you do something good, it’s better than doing nothing at all!
Can I do anything else? If you’ve signed up to the mailing list, then the only suggestion is to join Heath’s group on Facebook “Crazy Charity Adventures” to try and stay in the loop on anyone else doing anything similar. The world is becoming a smaller and smaller place, lets make it a friendlier one!
For those wondering where the hell we disappeared to - WE MADE IT TO LONDON! We have some new pictures up from Europe and the London Party. We will soon add some closure to the project, including final blogs, videos and what we’re going to do with the left over funds.
IT’S GREAT TO BE HOME!
Okay, the title’s not really apt, but we’ve decided to start rhyming the blog titles for the hell of it (can anyone tell we’re in the last leg of our journey??). Czech was great, but with a goodbye to our gracious hosts Conrad and Suzie, we left to catch our bus to Stuttgart. Doug was so welled up with emotion that he even forgot his bow tie! Heath nearly barred him from completing the trip, but luckily he had spares so all was safe - Doug can now be seen trying to attract his own gay following with a white bow tie (he’s jealous of the attention Heath’s Arse Tattoo video gets). (Continued)
People may or may not have sussed it out, but everytime we do a charity deed we assemble a small local team, particularly with the concern for translation (Heath and Doug being relative neanderthals in the linguistics fields). In Czech we hit a proud new high when in our team we managed to include Donald Duck’s Czech translator! (Suzie) Yes, no second rate translations, none of that downmarket Goofy stuff, we got Donald Duck’s significant Czech voice box! You can tell that with a start like that it was going to be an interesting charity day. (Continued)
(Honorable Delegate Mark G and the free-riding Heath)
Our last night in Poland went off with a bang. There we were minding our business free-riding the tram when… bang an undercover transport officer whipped out a badge and asked us for our tickets. “Tickets? what tickets?”
We tried to blag our way out of it, but he wasn’t having any of it. In all honesty, we’d been too damned lazy to find out where to buy the tickets, but lets face it that’s not really an excuse and now we had this dodgy undercover transport officer waving some cheap looking ID in our faces asking us about our tickets. (Continued)
Yes - the shame of it - selling yourself for cold hard cash. But we’re doing it for the kids! One (or more) lucky bidder will win a date with us in Paris, with all proceeds going to charity. If you or anyone you know might be interested in a fun date with two well dressed gentlemen then check out this link:

10 Days to go until the finale party in London!
Our choices from Kyrgyzstan involved getting a train through Kazakstan, Russia, Belarus, then to Poland and for the Russia visa alone paying circa US$150!! Or saying up yours to the Russian government and flying past the lot, because if they don’t want our tourist dollars, then stuff em. So that’s what we did. Besides, trips are about enjoying it, not racing along on a train (unless you’re a train driver of course). (Continued)
